The Metal Edge AIR-STAYER

The Metal Edge AIR-STAYER is ideal for assembling all kinds of Metal Edge Boxes. Quick and easy to set-up, it is capable of handling and applying all sizes and colors of Metal Edge (Fastay) Corner Metal. The AIR-STAYER is a very flexible machine and can be operated easily by un-skilled labor. Air operated with electrical controls, the AIR-STAYER is a simple machine to maintain and operate.

Capable of assembling up to 15 boxes per/minute, the AIR -STAYER has both flexibility and versitility in handling different styles of boxes and grades of material.

FREE STANDING and SUITABLE FOR ANY LOCATION

Assembles two piece boxes up to 12" (30.5cm) deep. One piece boxes can also be assembled if the total of the depth-width and tuck flap does not exceed 12" (30.5cm). Both 4x and 5 Metal Fastay can be run on the AIR-STAYER. (When ordering, please specify which metal will be used.)
