Fully Automatic Bench Model Edger (ABME)
The ABME is a fully automatic metal blade fixing machine designed for corrugated, catering / commercial / institutional - Foil Film & Paper roll cutter boxes. Ideal for volume convertors needing added capacity, with reduced labor and improved quality output. Flexible in handling most any box blank configuration and capable of applying blade lengths up to 25" (635mm). All three (3) market-tested metal profile designs can be used interchangeably.
Semi-Automatic Bench Model Edger (BME)
With over 75 systems operating worldwide, the BME metal blade fixing machine is a proven cutterbox blading process. Capable of applying saw tooth blades up to 25” (635mm) in length with three (3) market tested blade profiles. The unique eyelet fastening system provides a strong mechanical bond between the saw tooth design and product container.

Three (3) custom sawtooth blade profiles are available to match a variety of dispensing applications.
Profile blades are commonly used to cut PVC / PE film, most gauges of foil, butcher, parchment, and gift wrap papers. Profile Blades are produced in spools to run with the BME / ABME metal tear edge application systems.
