Metal Edge Boxes can be produced using a wide variety of board materials. Light & heavyweight paperboards, laminated sheets, corrugated material, and selected plastics are all commonly-used to assembly unique Metal Edge Boxes.

With Air-Stayers (and corner metal customers) in 14 countries, we have transferred our manufacturing expertise so that our customers can serve local and national markets that are within their control. The Metal Edge Box System offers converters (and users) a flexible, easy-to-operate, low-cost, value-added box assembly method.

Low- cost, lightweight, strong and nestable for ease of storage, Tote Trays are commonly used for storing or transporting small components, assemblies, parts and tools. Metal Edge Tote Trays are made from heavy gauge kraft board, coated on the outside in blue and clear on the inside, making them resistant to moisture, grease and mild acids. When assembled with Metal Edge “Fastay” corners, Metal Edge Tote Trays are unsurpassed for strong, non- abrasive, lightweight material handling applications.
